PonytaSwap, the next-gen DEX built for traders and gamers on Rangers Protocol, has been officially launched and put into operation. Powered by the Rangers Protocol’s robust infrastructure, the project aims to become the go-to DEX for vast users with its fast transaction speed, low slippage, and cheap gas fees.

Following its successful alpha launch in June of last year, PonytaSwap underwent a series of internal tests and upgrades before going live on February 27. Major changes were made to the underlying contract as well as the user interface, making trading safer and easier for all PonytaSwap users.

How does PonytaSwap work?

The new version of PonytaSwap embodies a strong technical capability assisted by Rangers Bridge, an innovative cross-chain solution that provides cross-chain services and completes the interconnection with various public chains for developers and users. With the help of Rangers Bridge, users can easily convert their tokens from other chains onto Rangers Protocol and proceed with token swaps on PonytaSwap.

Thanks to the high performance of Rangers Mainnet, as well as the real-time confirmation and security that come with it; fast services, low transaction costs, and seamless trading are also made possible for PonytaSwap users.

The Mainnet’s transparent gas fee mechanism allows the DEX’s users to estimate the costs anytime before they proceed with a transaction, while its solid infrastructure also solves the high-frequency trading issues by generating truly random numbers in milliseconds, resulting in an impressive throughput of 3 seconds per swap.

What can PonytaSwap be used for?

PonytaSwap is designed to make cryptocurrency trading as simple and hassle-free as possible. With PonytaSwap, users can swap tokens, place limit orders, add liquidity by staking, and lock the LP rewards for yield farming.

While PonytaSwap’s Swap feature allows users to exchange one RAP-20 token for another easily, the Limit feature enables users to place limit orders and trade at predetermined prices. Tokens including $USDT, $MIX, $RPG, $AMG, and $COIN can all be traded for one another, whereas customizable transaction speed, slippage tolerance, and expiration date can all be predetermined for a more desirable trade.

Users can also add liquidity for any token pair by staking both through the Liquidity function and earning Liquidity Provider (LP) tokens accordingly. The LP tokens can then be locked for staking or yield farming through the Farm feature, allowing for more $RPG rewards and a lower risk of impermanent loss that comes with asset locking.

PonytaSwap, as an all-powerful DEX tailored to Rangers Protocol’s needs, facilitates fundamental price feeding and fulfills the prerequisite for game launch on Rangers Mainnet, both of which benefit the Rangers ecosystem greatly.
