Rangers Protocol started 2023 under a clear plan to deliver the best technical support to its users with its various products, beginning with Rangers sub-chain. Putting most of its development force onto the product, the team achieved impressive progress in the first month of the year. Meanwhile, Rangers Protocol entered into the final stage of editing its first detailed cookbook, which will serve its partners as a comprehensive guide to the whole Rangers Protocol ecosystem.

Technical Progress

The Rangers Protocol mainnet operated stably last month, generating a total of 33.58 million blocks. The technical team of Rangers Protocol mainly worked on maintaining and updating its mainnet while carrying forward the development of its sub-chain products.

Updates and Fixes

a. A new function for customizing the genesis block of the sub-chain has been added.

Sub-chain users will configure customizable content via a dedicated user interface. As a result, projects with specific needs and requirements for underlying public chains get to easily complete the early-stage construction and release of sub-chains.

b. A function allowing for the customization of sub-chain economic models has been added.

Through visiting the front-end interface of the sub-chain, users will input various customizable configurations and build up the tokenomics before releasing the sub-chain with minimal time cost. The customization of economic models allows sub-chain users to better adjust the proportion of different core target audiences for their projects and to attract and motivate them in a more accurate manner.

Rangers Sub-Chain

In addition to supporting users with the sub-chain customization interface, Rangers Protocol is also working on making sub-chain a product, which covers not only underlying infrastructures but also front-end and back-end support, to minimize the difficulty in utilizing and configuring sub-chain.

1. Product Development (90%)

The development process and modules of Rangers Sub-Chain products are under planning, the overall progress of which is running smoothly and coming to 90%.

With the help of the sub-chain, developers will no longer need to worry about the laborious work of developing their own underlying chains, but can instead focus on working out the configuration needed for their ecosystem in a much easier way.

2. Product Front-end (90%)

Rangers Protocol has been firmly pushing forward the front-end development of sub-chain product and achieved impressive results so far:

These will make it more convenient for projects and their future ecosystem users on the sub-chain to view all their on-chain transactions and confirm transaction processes.

3. Product Back-end (95%)

The Rangers Protocol team has also made rapid progress in developing the product back-end and the detail is listed below:

a. Sub-chain service back-end (95%)

b. Sub-chain cloud service (95%)

c. Sub-chain cross-chain contract (90%)

Rangers Protocol values the interaction of its sub-chain with other blockchains. Rangers Connector can now provide cross-chain services for Rangers Sub-chain, supporting asset cross-chain between Rangers Sub-chain and other blockchains, such as Rangers Mainnet.

Other Progress
